Recipe for 10 servings
Ingredients:
50 gr black pepper
30 gr thyme
4 gr chocolate mint
300 gr rum
Method:
Cut the stems off the thyme.
Combine all the ingredients in a jar, cover and let infuse for seven days.

Can you please, please, please post your fabulous recipe for the rosemary croissants? I visited your restaurant last month and I can't get them out of my head!! Absolutely delicious!
